Head in the clouds

Silver saucer-
Planetoid pumpkin
Loyal to our bright blue yonder
White balloon
Quinquennial secrets
Beauty strawberry and birthmarks
Silver footed Queen of skies
Away with the fairies
Absence of time

Black clad stagehands
Have tonight their
Fingers crossed-
Sweet and alert
Playing tonight
On Your sweet dark smile

Broken away

Pieces of shattered glass
Dont fit back into a mirror
They are broken away
Staying sharp and vigilant
To not face that forceful hand again

Elder are some flowers

Elder are some flowers
With a wise so white
And their bend so southern
With soft winks to their nears
With a pulled down kiss to their sistren

Garden-fresh are some blooms
Their visage so flushed
Petals crinkled with sudden laughter
Spotting days with fragrance
Cooping up to dot brightly
A family bouquet

Mother

My mother
Was born with the roses
I see her

In every nice thing
Every bit of sugar
Every raindrop falling-
I know no other

I know her
In every wide smile
Every wise word
Every heart's skip

Love
I know you through my mother
Mother
I loved you like none other

Falling

Today I felt
           falling hard in love
Lithe
Onto a bunk of rose and spears
My body untouched until

Grace, I am you.

Needed

Just as the leaf peaks
Each morning
To receive dew drops
On her skin

I being needed by
you
Whom I carry in my heart
In a corner so soft-
I’ve built a carousel
Where you play
All your lovely merry
Pulling my heartstrings
joyfully painful
Little drops of stinging and sweet blood
Yet perfectly in tune
May the symphony begin
Singing the glory of your visage
The glory of your unkempt,
And the very glory of your untamed.

Sensitivity of my Love

Loving you with an inclination
That’s made my nature
Burst into mild flames
Of sentiment and fullness
O how I carry around this lightness of head
Eyes glittering pink ash
I laid you shy invitations with my glances
You stepped into my summertide days
Holding my rawboned hands you made flutter.
